Do I necessarily have to create an account to order?

No it's not mandatory. But it is highly recommended. Indeed, it will allow you to find your history, edit your addresses and track your parcel online faster. You will also be notified of new products and special events.

Do you save my bank details?

Absolutely not. We never have access to this information. It is the company Stripe that deals with it. Your data is completely safe.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately we cannot change your order after you have placed it. If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us here.

How can I find the right shoe size?

You can refer to the detailed size chart available on every product page.

Please note that all our shoes (except Hi-born & Cashual) follow export sizing, which typically runs one size larger than standard domestic sizing. For example, if you usually wear size 9, we recommend choosing a size 8 for the best fit.

How do I check my order status?

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, a tracking link will be shared with you on
your registered email and WhatsApp.

You can also track your order anytime by following these steps:
1. Visit the Track my Order page.
2. Enter your Order ID/Number.
3. Click Track Your Order to view the current status.
You’ll be able to see real-time updates on your shipment.

How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping is on us. No extra fees, no surprise add-ons, just a smooth journey from our
warehouse to your doorstep.

When will I receive the order?

We strive to deliver all our orders in the fastest time possible. Depending upon
your address, the delivery time may vary between 4 - 7 working days. That still won't stop us from trying to get you your order faster.

Can I opt for express Delivery?

All our deliveries are processed through express channels. We aim to dispatch and deliver your order as quickly as possible, without requiring any additional request.

Returns & Exchange

How can I return the shoes?

If the size, color, or product isn’t as expected, you can place a return request within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a pickup and process the return for you.

Can I exchange a product for a different style?

Yes, we offer a one-time size exchange per Order ID, valid within 7 days of delivery. The process is quick and hassle-free.

How long does it take to return a product & receive return?

Returns are usually picked up within 24–48 hours.
Once your return passes our quality check, your refund will be processed within 10 working
days.
Exact timelines may vary depending on your payment method or bank processing speed.

Are there any conditions for returns?

Yes, the following conditions apply:
● The product must be in its original condition when returned.
● Items with signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted.
● All returns are approved only after a successful quality check.
