7-Day Return & Exchange Window
You can place a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order.
After 7 days, we will no longer be able to offer a refund or exchange.
We cover pickup and shipping costs for all approved returns and exchanges.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, please ensure:
● The product is unused, in the same condition as received.
● The product is packed in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and
inserts.
Returns cannot be accepted if:
● The request is submitted after 7 days of delivery.
● The item shows signs of wear, damage, alteration, or is not returned in original
packaging.
All returns are processed only after a successful quality check.
Refund Timelines
● Return pickups are usually completed within 24–48 hours.
● After your product passes a quality check, refunds are processed within 10 working
days.
● Actual credit timelines may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges
● We offer a one-time size exchange per Order ID, valid within 7 days of delivery.
● Exchanges depend on size availability at the time of request.
● Products purchased through EMI are not eligible for returns, but they can be
exchanged once.
Reporting Damage, Defect, or Item Mismatch
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please share an unboxing video
from the moment the package is opened.
The video must clearly show:
1. The shipping label/AWB number at the beginning
2. The product being opened and inspected
This helps us resolve your request quickly and transparently.
